CONDIÇÕES GERAIS DE SERVIÇO

 

Note: Please indicate to the driver that a signature and stamp is required on the customer delivery note and all documents accompanying the goods.

Important: 

The goods shall be accompanied by the following documents: 

ORIGINAL INVOICE (AS THE CASE MAY BE), PACKING LIST, CMR

 

ACCEPTANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. The invoice will only be accepted if accompanied by a copy of this document, as well as the corresponding proofs of delivery of the goods that must be duly signed, stamped and dated. 

2. The transport service pledges to carry out the transport order exclusively on behalf of MD Express Lda., while  maintaining strict neutrality in the presence of third parties and accepting responsibility for the entrusted goods in  accordance with the security procedure in force. Hence, the transport service is obliged to guarantee the  merchandise's safety, preventing theft or damaging between the time of loading and that of delivery to the addressee.  The transport service shall be held responsible for the consequences of any corrective action or changes to the contracted service that come to pass without the consent of MD Express Lda.

3. The transport service shall provide MD Express Lda. with the telephone number of the driver responsible for  the transport. 

4. The transporter is obliged to the transport status via an SMS to the telephone number +351 915 286 926 , including  the following information: vehicle's license plate number / exact time of entrance at the loading location. 

5. It is the driver's responsibility to verify that the goods that are loaded correspond to those declared in the transport  documentation. After loading, the driver must communicate the following of the merchandise's characteristics via the  aforementioned communication channel: quantity (volumes), weight and reference number. 

6. Both the driver and the vehicle are required to comply with the legal requirements regarding the transport of merchandise.
